a default for the clipboard used to sign apartment leases and restock businesses!

i really couldn’t stand the original with it’s zoomed in text, but this truly could not have been possible without the help of @rudhira, who went ahead and remapped the mesh for me so it would include the entire texture. ♡ who even knew the original maxis texture included coffee stains and a random creepy skull(?) on the corner, which yes i removed lol. i still want to give a huge shoutout to @platinumaspiration for attempting to help with the mesh, love you nikki!

i’ve included one with the iconic coffee stains as well as a clean version.
